Order Fulfillment Manager

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Oversee daily order processing through supply chain, production and shipment coordination Use Oracle ERP systems to manage system workflows, production scheduling and inventory Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards for KPIs and support decision making Lead, train and empower a team of order fulfillment associates and foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field 5 years of experience in Order Fulfillment 3 years of supervisory experience Strong experience with Oracle ERP systems Proficiency in business reporting tools (e.g. Oracle BI, Power BI, Excel) Proven ability to build trust and lead effective teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

APICs CPIM certification Familiarity with international shipping and customs

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,500-110,100 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
