**Position summary**
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, to join our team as an Order Fulfiller for the Nestlé Belgilux organization. You will play a key role in the Order to Cash process. You will be responsible for the effective management of the stock allocation process, by efficiently fulfilling customer orders ensuring the timely delivery of products. You will collaborate across market functions (Demand and Supply planning, Customer service, Physical logistics, Warehouse, Sales, …) to align on actions to mitigate risk and impact for out of stock situations.
**A day in the life of an Order Fulfiller**
+ You will allocate stock to customer orders in an efficient and effective way, while minimizing the out of stock risks.
+ You will align and collaborate with different internal stakeholders (Demand and supply planning, business, …) to make sure you have all the info required to allocate the stock correctly.
+ You assure a correct use of reason codes in the service level reporting.
+ You help driving the identification of actions to mitigate OOS risks with the business and the DSP team (for example: putting quotas and reservations).
+ You are in contact with the warehouses to prioritize inbounds to mitigate OOS risks.
+ You are in contact with the customer service team to align with the customer for actions to avoid OOS risks (for example: postponing orders).
+ You execute system parameter changes to make sure the demand capture is accurate (for example: setting up switches).
+ You ensure the timely sending of the orders to each warehouse while respecting their deadlines.
+ You assure a daily qualitative Out of stock communication for the customer service team and the business.
+ You participate in NCE operational review meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of the Order Fulfiller process in terms of efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
**What will make you successful**
+ You have 1-3 years of experience in a relevant function in Supply Chain Management.
+ A stress resistant personality, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ A strong attention for detail.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.
+ A result focus and continuous improvement mindset.
**You also have**
+ A professional knowledge of English, and speak French or Dutch.
+ Knowledge of SAP, Excel.
