ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Obeys all plant/safety rules and complies with all OSHA regulations.
 Collects individual customer orders and related shipping documents.
 Generates a “pick list” by using a handheld scanner and computer.
 Separates various components contained in customer order envelope.
 Assembles predetermined shipping containers and places onto filling cart.
 Determines product location and the required number of units.
 Collects the required items as identified on the customer order form.
 Affixes product label to each product piece that is picked.
 Places products and paperwork items into the predetermined shipping container.
 Verifies all components are placed into shipping container and tapes the top flap of the container.
 Shipping containers are placed onto the conveyors to be loaded onto shipping transporation.
 Maintains required production to meet customer demands.
 Notifies department clerk of product outages, shortages, and stock that is placed incorrectly.
 Maintains clean and organized work area.
 Performs other duties as assigned.
