Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Specialist responsible for processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and providing exceptional customer service. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of order management, particularly for custom-made products.
ResponsibilitiesEnter customer orders, research inquiries, and track orders using SAP.Communicate issues and information between sales representatives, manufacturing personnel, and customers.Generate deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse for shipment planning.Interact with external and internal customers to provide product and service information.Manage complex territories and potentially solicit sales for new products.Essential Skills2-4 years of experience in order entry and customer service within a call center setting.Proficiency in using SAP for order processing.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or technical degree preferred.Regular and predictable on-site attendance.Work Environment
This position operates within a call center environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a half-hour lunch break. The role offers remote work on Mondays and Fridays, while requiring on-site presence from Tuesday to Thursday. Initial training will be provided for 4-6 weeks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
