Job Title: Order Entry Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and responsive Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to accurately and efficiently enter prescriptions and refills into our pharmacy system. Your role will involve addressing customer needs courteously and utilizing customer information to enhance our products and services.

ResponsibilitiesEnter new and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy system.Resolve customer questions and requests promptly.Contribute to the improvement of client services, policies, and procedures.Comply with safety, attendance, dress code, and government regulations, including HIPAA.Ensure adherence to safety policies.Perform other duties as needed.Essential SkillsPharmacy technician certification.Proficiency in order entry and data entry.Knowledge of SIG codes.Experience with FrameWork software.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious order entry experience of 3-6 months or more.Registered Pharmacy Technician with the state of MN.Framework experience is preferred.Familiarity and experience with SIG codes strongly preferred.Work Environment

This position is a second shift role, working from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekend shifts required every other weekend. Our work environment is technology-enabled, using advanced platforms. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
