Your Key Responsibilities

 

Booking sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers/sales representatives Assisting in daily business activities Ensuring accuracy in order details, including quantities, prices, delivery dates, and customer information Working closely with the sales department and other departments Entering data into the customer portal

 

Your Qualifications

 

Actively pursuing a degree Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level) Knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus Proficiency in MS Office tools Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking Capability to work independently as well as part of a team Proactive and eager to learn Eager to learn from others
