Description We are looking for a dedicated Order Entry Clerk to join the Accounts Receivable team in Torrance, California. This long-term contract position is ideal for individuals who excel at data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Accurately input purchase orders into the MFGPro system. • Process and manage purchase orders efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete. • Modify purchase orders based on instructions from the Warehouse or Sales departments. • Scan and upload documents into the DocLib system, ensuring all files are correctly organized. • Verify the accuracy of scanned documents to maintain data integrity. • Collaborate with various teams to address discrepancies and ensure smooth order processing. • Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental needs. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable or accounting-related roles. • Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and reporting. • Familiarity with invoice processing and account reconciliation. • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Knowledge of billing and accounts payable processes is a plus.
