Order & Customer Service Specialist (Fixed-Term contract)

Become part of our success story and support our F&B team. As part of the customer service team, you will take care of our customers' concerns and handle orders in the perfumery and cosmetics sector.

We are looking for a full-time Order & Customer Service Specialist as soon as possible for our office in Warsaw.

This role closely partners with colleagues at all levels across both the F&B team and wider business. As such, the role requires a capable communicator who can spot opportunities to create regional consistency and who is able to set clear expectations of both team members and stakeholders.

You are diplomatic, detail-oriented, service-minded and driven by the opportunity to provide first class support. You have a positive can-do attitude, as you will have to juggle the various demands of a fast-paced business environment.

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for the following activities:

Entering orders into the goods management system and checking them on an ongoing basis.Answering incoming telephone/email queries regarding delivery dates, product availability etc.Supporting the processing of complaints and managing the order process.General administrative tasks.You’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier service experiences.You shall be responsible for the precision and correctness of documentation.You will Ensure all complaints are processed in a timely manner, including telephone and email customer support.Ongoing communication and coordination with external carriers and central customer service in Paris (order tracking, delivery documentation, etc.).Interaction and proactive collaboration with all departments of the company, in particular with the commercial department.
