Order Control Coordinator - 1st Shift - $23.25/hr

**Schedule:** Mon – Fri, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, OT as needed
**What You Will Do:**
The Order Control Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders within the distribution center. This position is responsible for coordinating order flow, monitoring inventory availability, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
+ Monitor and manage daily order processing activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
+ Coordinate with warehouse, inventory control, and transportation teams to resolve order discrepancies or delays.
+ Review and release orders based on inventory availability, shipping schedules, and customer requirements.
+ Maintain accurate records of order status, changes, and communications in the order management system.
+ Communicate with Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics teams to provide updates on order status and resolve issues.
+ Identify and escalate potential problems in the order flow process to minimize disruptions.
+ Generate and analyze reports related to order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and backorders.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
+ Ability to consistently apply situational awareness and critical thinking regarding the overall outbound process.
**What You Need:**
Required
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Minimum of 2 years of related experience in order management, distribution or logistics environment.
Preferred
+ Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
+ Proficiency in ERP or WMS systems (e.g. SAP)
+ Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
