POSITION DUTIES: + Answer questions and assist associates in order entry and maintenance systems + Verify all on hold orders and print order information for correct and concise content + recognize communicate and solve system problems, slowdowns and malfunctions + Provide daily supervision and work direction to ensure productive use of all team members in Order Center + Team member scheduling + work with retail, delivery, production and support departments to resolve external and internal customer issues + work to identify trends in quality and service issues, bringing to management as needed + Answer customer calls as needed + Perform administrative duties + assist with training needed  + work with Mercury Direct and Dove Plus computer systems to accept and reject wire orders as appropriate + Support Order Center Assistant Manager and Group Manager as needed.
