The Order Administrator is responsible for entering global internal and external orders into the sales system accurately and in a timely manner. Associates collaborate and provide support for internal IDT global departments; from order setup, order formatting, reporting, data integrity, master data, change control, and general maintenance of sales order data.
This position reports to the EMEA Manager Quote and Order Administration and is part of the Customer Care department and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Process incoming orders, enter and maintain customer information, confirm orders, and route orders to the correct production department using CRM/ERP systems.
Data validation, data maintenance, data entry, master data entry, and updates. Verify order details for accuracy. Ensure consistency between platforms (CPQ, SOL, SAP).
Liaise with internal departments to resolve order or data issues.
Identifies process gaps and system limitations; executes self-directed account and process optimizations. Identifies and suggests improvements to departmental processes that will have a positive impact on efficiency and accuracy.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Experience with CRM systems, order entry, and CPQ/SAP software.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
Be able to interact in a professional manner with customers, employees, and all levels of management.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Administrative support.
Customer Support roles.
