What You Will Do:
Works with Technicians/Sr. Technician/Master Technician to learn and develop approach to machinery repair and troubleshootingPerform set up and changeovers to production equipment for manufacturing operation in an effective mannerWork with Technicians/Sr. Technicians/Master Technicians on developing basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic failures of production machines in a timely mannerBasic understanding of hand tools, mechanical components and electrical circuitsBasic safety understanding of working with industrial manufacturing equipment including Lockout/TagoutWillingness to complete community college course work to eliminate any skills gaps both during and after working hours when classes are offered.Flexibility to move to other shifts when Apprenticeship is complete as business needs dictate.Work with Technicians/Sr. Technicians/Master Technicians on preventive maintenance as scheduledWhat You Need:

HS Diploma/GEDMinimum of 2 years related manufacturing experienceBasic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Pneumatic functionsPreferred
