CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle Utilities System Analyst opening for our client in Houston, TX. Location: Houston, TX Duration: 12 months Duties: Analyze functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs for Oracle Utilities applications. Design, develop, and implement solutions within Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) to meet business needs. Define and communicate technology architecture and implementation strategies for Oracle Utilities solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure alignment of requirements with system design. Support system configuration, integration, and testing activities. Provide expertise in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing system enhancements. Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities applications, specifically Customer Care & Billing (CC&B). Proficiency in translating complex functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience with system design, configuration, and integration in utility industry environments. Solid understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Experience: Hands-on experience as a System Analyst or Consultant working with Oracle Utilities applications. Proven track record in delivering technical designs and implementations for Oracle CC&B or related Oracle Utilities systems. Utility industry experience preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
