The Opportunity:
CACI is the prime contractor for the US Air Force Taj Mahal program, an integration and transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP SaaS solution, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of USAF legacy systems to a SaaS solution will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our USAF airmen and their families.
We are seeking a Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Technical Developer to support the U.S. Air Force’s modernization of its Human Capital Management systems. In this role, you will configure SaaS-safe extensions, develop operational and talent reports, and assist with integrations and data migration activities under the guidance of senior team members. This position is ideal for developers with solid Oracle HCM technical experience who are ready to grow within a large-scale federal program.
Responsibilities:
Configure HCM Experience Design Studio, Journeys, BPM approvals, and Fast Formulas for incremental enhancements.
Build OTBI dashboards, BI Publisher reports, and HCM Extracts for HR, payroll, and talent processes.
Support integration development using HDL/HSDL, REST APIs, SOAP services, and SFTP interfaces.
Assist with data migration tasks, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Work with HR Systems Analysts to refine user stories into technical solutions.
Participate in sprint demos, UAT cycles, and regression testing.
Document technical workbooks and runbooks.
Qualifications:
Required:
BA/BS + 7 YRS
3–5 years of technical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle EBS HRMS.
Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
Familiarity with extensions (Fast Formulas, Design Studio, Journeys).
Exposure to integrations and data migration tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively within Agile Product Teams.
Desired:
Oracle HCM Cloud Associate or Specialist certification.
Experience supporting federal or DoD HR programs.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
