Skills and Requirements 36+ years of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) Proven experience managing both Oracle and SQL Server environments Strong understanding of database maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Experience with SQL Server clustering Ability to work in hybrid environments (on-prem, hosted, off-the-shelf, and custom-built systems) Exposure to Azure Arc or interest in learning it Experience with cloud migration planning or SaaS transitions Familiarity with environments undergoing modernization or platform transitions Understanding of strategic data architecture and innovation in SQL Server environments null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
