What You’ll Do

Be the right hand to SE leadership: Drive and coordinate executive leadership strategy, initiatives, and actionable analytics.  Lead with insight: Analyze key performance metrics, track business trends, and provide actionable recommendations that support our go-to-market strategy. Own critical reporting: Develop and enhance dashboards, business reviews, headcount planning, and general operational support for the SE org. Drive cross-functional collaboration: Act as a key liaison between SE leaders and our partners in Finance, Sales and Global Operations, Recruiting, HR, and others. Manage strategic projects: Lead and contribute to initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, drive talent retention, and optimize workforce planning. Support a high-performance culture: Assist with all-hands meetings, recognition programs, and internal engagement activities.
