Kforce has a client in need of a Oracle PL/SQL Developer in Westlake, TX. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers * Design and implement database objects such as tables, views, and indexes * Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance improvements * Collaborate with application developers to integrate PL/SQL code with front-end applications * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards * Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes * Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues * Create and maintain technical documentation for database applications * Participate in the design and development of data models * Ensure data integrity and security within the database * Develop and execute unit tests for PL/SQL code * Support database deployments and migrations * Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements * Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers
