Job Description We are looking for an Oracle OTM Consultant to work for a leader in the consulting industry. This client you will be supporting is in manufacturing and have recently been through an oracle implementation. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document new transportation management requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations. Enhancements & Customizations Design and implement enhancements within Oracle OTM to support evolving business processes. Work with technical teams to develop and test customizations, reports, and integrations. System Optimization Analyze current OTM configurations and workflows to identify opportunities for performance and process improvements. Recommend and implement best practices to streamline transportation planning, execution, and settlement. Project Support Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment of new OTM features and modules. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training efforts for new functionalities. Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in OTM. Monitor system performance and proactively suggest improvements. Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OTM (Cloud or On-Premise). - Strong understanding of transportation processes and OTM modules (Order Management, Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement, etc.). - Experience with OTM configuration, automation agents, and integration points. - Ability to write functional specifications and work closely with technical teams. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with order management and understand the impact OTM issues can have on Order Management null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
