Job Description Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement Oracle FCCM solutions, including case workflows and work queues. Customize Oracle FCCM components to meet business requirements, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Work with Oracle FCDM data models to customize and extend functionality as needed. 2 System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle FCCM with other systems and applications. Ensure seamless data flow and communication between systems, enhancing overall system performance. 3 Active Directory and User Management: Set up and manage Active Directory configurations for user authentication and authorization. Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls within Oracle FCCM. 4 Batch Data Jobs (BD Jobs): Develop and maintain Batch Data (BD) jobs to automate data processing and reporting tasks. Monitor and optimize BD job performance, ensuring efficient data handling. 5 Project Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution. 6 Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle FCCM applications and related systems. Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability. 7 Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and compliance efforts. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. *5-7 years of experience in Oracle OFSAA FCCM development and implementation. *Oracle SQL development - creating complex queries Strong understanding of Oracle FCCM modules, including case workflows and data models. Proficiency in Active Directory setup and management. Experience with Batch Data jobs and system integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading technical teams. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Oracle certifications related to OFSAA or FCCM. Experience in the financial services industry.
