**DESCRIPTION** An **OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)** **Technical Lead** is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). They would lead technical teams, provide expertise on integration best practices, and ensure seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud applications. This is a **Hybrid** role, offering flexibility to work two (2) daysRemote while collaborating closely with our technical stakeholders in TX and FL. We are not considering candidates requiring Visa sponsorship (i.e. H1, F1, OPT,etc.) **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). + Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements. + Develop OIC integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and process automation. + Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring performance and scalability. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and integration teams. + Implement best practices for security, error handling, and logging in OIC solutions. + Work with Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises applications to build end-to-end integration solutions. + Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to integration architecture standards. + Optimize and monitor OIC integrations for efficiency and reliability. + Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements to recommend improvements. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Seven (7) or more years of experience in integration development, with at least Five (5) or more years demonstrated experience with OIC. + Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration certification is _desirable_ + Technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Oracle Service Bus (OSB). + Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, XML, XSD, XSLT, and JSON. + Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM Cloud integrations is a plus. + Proficiency in authentication and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT). + Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps practices. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. **ABOUT US** Acosta Group is a collective uniting the most trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies—Acosta, ActionLink, CORE Foodservice, CROSSMARK, Mosaic, Premium Retail Services, and Product Connections.
