Overview:
Oracle Health Government Services seeks a Performance Improvement Consultant to play a key role on our Value Realization team that will partner with and drive strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a critical project!
As a member of Oracle Health Government Services, you are responsible for fostering a partnership with our local Veteran’s Affairs sites and leading strategic conversations surrounding performance improvement and aligned key metrics, plans for returning to productivity after Go Live and ensuring key events and deliverables are executed. This individual will need to be comfortable working with multiple projects at once.

Lead client meetings and events as well as drive internal team initiatives Responsible for cultivating external client relationships to achieve business objectives Consult with our Veterans Affairs counterparts on service line workflows, define key value objectives for the engagement and identify success metrics Perform varied and complex duties such as leading conversations with clients to develop a productivity plan that achieves client objectives Support business development by defining new portfolio offerings via the creation of collateral and repeatable processesQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of experience in a client facing role delivering healthcare content Excellent business judgement and strong written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving Ability to obtain security clearance necessary for this role which requires being a US citizen Ability to build rapport with team members and work in a group environment Ability to act as an informal leader on the team, provide guidance/recommendations and valuable feedback Experience using data and metrics to drive improvementsPreferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP – Project Management Institute (PMI) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification (LSSGB or LSSBB) Previous experience with government contracts Previous experience with Cerner Millennium solutionsExpectations:
