Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Oracle HCM Technical | Systems Analyst III. Be part of a dedicated team aiming for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform technical roles in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and provide ongoing support.Develop and maintain technical processes for Core HR, Absence Management, and Time and Labor.Apply HCM extract, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher for effective integration and reporting.Script SQL queries on various Oracle HCM Cloud Modules to support and improve system functionality.Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems using REST APIs and Web Services.Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and solutions.Develop extensions with VBCS as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technical roles.Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, and Time and Labor technical processes.Demonstrated ability to work with HCM extract, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher.Proficiency in SQL scripting on various Oracle HCM Cloud Modules.Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems using REST APIs and Web Services.Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Experience developing extensions with VBCS is a plus.
