Kforce has a client that is seeking a Oracle HCM Product Analyst in Boca Raton, FL. Overview: The Oracle HCM Product Analyst will provide functional consulting with a robust understanding of the technical aspects of the Oracle ERP application, and will be responsible for requirements and solution reviews, process workflows, testing, and the management of cutover and change initiatives. Essential Functions: * Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time & Labor, and Payroll * Solution Reviews: Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards * Process Workflows: Design and implement process workflows that enhance operational efficiency, focusing on HCM processes, Timesheet Processing, and Payroll functions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing workflows * Testing & Validation: Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure effective validation of HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time & Labor, and Payroll functionalities; Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring all functional requirements are met prior to go-live * Cutover & Change Management: Plan and execute cutover activities to transition from legacy systems to Oracle ERP, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations; Support change management initiatives, including training and communication strategies, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools * Technical Knowledge & Insights: Utilize a solid understanding of the technical aspects of Oracle ERP applications, including data structure, customizations, and integration points; Serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams, providing insights to ensure implementation success and data integrity
