We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This role requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities.

Qualifications:

 

2+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud techno-functional consultant with a strong focus on Time and Labor. Hands-on experience in OTL configurations, fast formulas, schedules, and rule creation. (Writing OTL fast formulas is a must.) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Oracle certification in HCM Cloud or OTL is a plus.
