The Opportunity:
CACI is the prime contractor for the US Air Force Taj Mahal program, an integration and transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP SaaS solution, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of USAF legacy systems to a SaaS solution will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our USAF airmen and their families.
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Quality & Adoption Specialist to support the U.S. Air Force’s modernization of its Human Capital Management systems. In this role, you will work as part of an Agile Product Team (APT) to test, document, and train Air Force HR personnel on new Fusion Cloud HCM capabilities. You will also contribute to backlog refinement and provide functional support where needed, ensuring increments are delivered with quality, compliance, and user adoption in mind.
Responsibilities:
Execute test cases for configurations, integrations, data migration, and reporting.
Support the development and maintenance of automated regression packs.
Assist Air Force HR users during UAT for Accessions → Assignments → Orders scenarios.
Document test evidence and track defects for resolution.
Contribute to backlog refinement by capturing functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
Provide feedback from training and UAT sessions to improve adoption and usability.
Will also develop end-user training guides, quick reference cards, and eLearning content.
Will also document technical workbooks, migration runbooks, and configuration artifacts.
Qualifications:
Required:
BA/BS + 5 YRS
3–5 years’ experience in HCM functional support, testing, training, or documentation.
Knowledge of military HR processes, especially Accessions, Assignments, and Orders.
Experience working in Agile or SAFe teams.
Desired:
Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, BPM Approvals, Journeys.
Oracle HCM Cloud Associate or Specialist certification.
Exposure to DoD or Federal HR programs.
Instructional design or test automation training.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
