What you will do: * As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Develop and implement innovative solutions using Oracle Forms * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance * Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement * Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive application enhancements Skills and experiences * Advanced proficiency in Oracle Forms is required. * An advanced level of proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is recommended. * Design & Build Enablement, Build Management, and PL/SQL (Programming Language) skills are suggested, all at an advanced proficiency level.
