They spend most of their time with the client, at their location, serving as trusted technical advisor.

 

The role: 

The Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS4SaaS Technical Delivery Lead is a multifaceted role that requires a combination of skills: 

 

strong leadership and management skillsoutstanding communication and customer relationship management skillsdeep knowledge in SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technologysolid understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities

 

 

The tech lead is accountable for all technical scope items, works collaboratively with functional resources on/offshore and directs the work effort of on/offshore technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget.  

 

 

The tech lead is expected to perform as an advisor to the customer, provide guidance and direction, and maintain a productive relationship. Specific responsibilities include:

 

Facilitate workshops on all technical itemsEnsure quality processes and peer reviews are being followedTrack and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations. Ensure the technical scope is delivered on time and budget and meets our quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers.
