The Opportunity:
The desired candidate will work as an Oracle EBS Training Consultant part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 integrated project team supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) multi-Agency program. The candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Oracle matrixed cross functional resources to support development and delivery of training for an Oracle Federal Financials and Time & Labor Global Model program. The desired candidate will have prior experience with Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool and its administration.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and conduct instructor-led and computer-based UPK developer training courses for DAI Oracle Federal Financials and Time & Labor global model functionality •
Develop new/update training material using UPK developer toolkit and publishing training material
Assist with training environment including and not limited to training instance refresh from Prod and to make it Training ready instance, user account and responsibility management
Present user training activities updates including Communities of Practice (COPs) during Program wide information sessions
Conduct brown bags and other sessions to supplement training, communicate reminders, and announce changes in the system and/or supporting business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to understand and identify functionality updates and training gaps in support of major and monthly releases
Provide workforce readiness recommendations supportive of Global Model and long-term organization strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements
Assist PMO with Agency Train the Trainer session and ad-hoc training sessions
Maintain and administer UPK tool kit including setting up new users
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with five years of related work experience, including DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS training experience
Experience designing and delivering training in two/three or more of Oracle EBS R12 Acquire to Retire (A2R), Budget to Report (B2R), Cost Accounting (CA), Order to Cash (O2C), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procure to Pay (P2P), Time and Labor modules and OBIEE reporting. Note: Procure to Pay (P2P) experience is a plus
Experience with Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) administration and maintenance. Experience with Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) for designing, developing, and delivering training
Proficient in authoring and presenting program solution related documents
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation.
Desired:
Experience implementing ERP solutions for Federal Civilian Government, and/or Department of Defense (DoD) customers

The proposed salary range for this position is:
