Job Summary: As an Oracle EBS Functional Sr. Business Analyst with 8 years of experience, you’ll play a vital role in the Enerpac Tool Group. Your mission? To provide expertise in Order Management (OM), Pricing, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and WMS. This role focuses on collaborating with business representatives for specific functions to prioritize IT demand and execute projects to efficiently contribute to the Business process. Work Schedule: Onsite at Milwaukee, WI HQ Monday-Thursday (Friday is virtual) *Open to Visa Sponsorship and relocation for the right person Key Responsibilities: Provide Techno functional (Functional-80%) expertise in Oracle EBS Order Management module (Order Management, Advanced Pricing, EDI enhancements, and WMS) Strong Knowledge of Oracle Warehouse's inbound and Outbound logistics Experience with at least three full life cycle complex Oracle R12 WMS Implementations. Expert-level knowledge across the following areas of Oracle WMS: Inbound Logistics, Inventory Control, Task Management, and Outbound Logistics. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for OM, Pricing, and EDI enhancements. After considering business and technical considerations, develop solutions and recommend potential alternatives. Support a collection of user stories, combining and prioritizing them for efficient project execution. Ensure holistic solution design, incorporating cross-functional considerations into functional and technical design specifications. Ensure that the Solution Design aligns with our Enterprise Architecture and technical application management standards. Provide hands-on functional support in Oracle EBS 12.2.5, including adjusting logic and configurations. Assist in testing and validating enhancements before moving into production. Ensure EDI transactions are appropriately configured and integrated. Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle EBS Order Management module issues. Recommend systems modifications to reduce customer problems. Work on integrating Oracle EBS Order Management modules with other systems (both Oracle and third-party). Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and implement interfaces. Develop and execute testing plans (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for new implementations, upgrades, and patches. Document test results and provide recommendations. Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and end-user manuals. Identify opportunities to improve system performance and business processes within the Oracle EBS environment. Suggest best practices and assist in process reengineering efforts. Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and other system changes. Ensure smooth transitions with minimal downtime and disruption to manufacturing processes. Good to have hands-on experience with Oracle PL SQL. Good to have worked in the Oracle WMS module Functional Technical Components. Must have a clear understanding of Oracle SCM and Manufacturing cycles Knowledge of Java Spring Framework: Good to have Required Skills and Qualifications: Relevant education, such as a Bachelor’s or University Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields. Strong experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.5, specifically OM, Pricing modules, and WMS. Hands-on expertise with EDI processes, including transactions. Hands-on expertise with Oracle R12 WMS Implementations Proven ability to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
