Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with extensive experience in setting up and managing Oracle Enterprise Manager 13. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle databases, ensuring their performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13.
Implement and manage Oracle Wallets and Oracle Encryption to ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
Create and manage database storage structures with high-level security features.
Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Implement and manage database backup and recovery procedures.
Set up and manage database user accounts and security protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, ensuring data integrity and security.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize database performance and support application development.
Plan and implement database upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and policies.
Provide training and support to users on database access and usage.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
Experience with cloud-based database solutions.
Knowledge of other database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
