Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Oracle DBA in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. This role is essential to maintaining the performance, integrity, and security of our client's Oracle-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle 19c, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), and a solid understanding of replication and data validation tools such as GoldenGate and Veridata. Experience with Exadata and shell scripting is a strong plus. Responsibilities: * Ensure high availability and performance of all Oracle database systems operating 24x7 * Monitor and manage databases using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) * Support and maintain Oracle 19c environments across onshore and offshore teams * Implement and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication * Utilize Veridata to validate data consistency across replicated environments * Perform routine database maintenance, backups, and recovery operations * Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to support business-critical systems * Write and maintain shell scripts for automation and monitoring tasks * Participate in on-call rotation and shift-based support coverage as needed
