Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** The appointed Oracle Functional Consultant will: * Conduct system implementation activities using Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion application for HCM Modules, Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application for HCM Modules. * Provides solution for client’s requirement using Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion and Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application. * Working as a team in implementation projects. * Follow project methodology and strive to achieve project timeline. * Creates documentation as part of project deliverables. * Maintain good communication with client during implementation project. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Working experience minimum 2 years OR 1x cycle as Oracle E-Business implementation / Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion application for HCM Modules. * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering/Information System or equivalent. * Good communication skills, able to influence, negotiate and conduct presentation with customer. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Having experience in payroll module is a must IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
