Work You'll Do
+ Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud P2P solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
+ Engage with public sector client stakeholders to understand their procurement processes, pain points, and objectives. Provide expert guidance on best practices and Oracle Cloud capabilities
+ Develop detailed solution designs that address the specific needs of public sector clients, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
+ Configure Oracle Cloud P2P modules to meet client requirements
+ Provide training and support to client users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Oracle Cloud P2P solution. Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed
+ Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
+ Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, test plans, and user manuals
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the P2P module. Provide recommendations for enhancing the solution post-implementation
+ Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships
+ Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process

Qualifications:
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Oracle Cloud Procurement and Oracle Cloud Financials Certification is required
+ Must be willing to work on-site at our client site in Los Angeles, CA
+ 10+ years implementing Oracle Cloud P2P solutions with a combination of the following areas of expertise: solution design, configuration management, system testing, and supporting client users
+ 3+ years implementing Oracle Cloud P2P solutions in the public sector
+ Proficiency in Oracle Cloud P2P modules, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expenses and Supplier Portal. Experience with configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle Cloud solutions
+ Strong project management skills, with experience in leading large-scale ERP implementations
+ Ability to effectively engage with client stakeholders and present complex information clearly
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
+ Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
+ PMP certification
+ Master's degree in Business or a related field
+ Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 Experience
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
