Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant that has knowledge on the Logistics OTM cloud modules

Required Qualifications:

•Provide expert-level support for Oracle OTM and Logistics Cloud modules, addressing user queries, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents within established SLAs•Resolve Production Incident ,Problem Management Support issues ensuring timely and effective resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).•Diagnose, replicate, and resolve functional and technical issues in collaboration with business and IT teams•Monitor system performance, proactively identify potential issues, and ensure business continuity.•Configure and maintain Oracle OTM/Logistics Cloud modules to support evolving business requirements and compliance standards•Lead or support the implementation of enhancements, new features, and Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, including testing and deployment•Document functional requirements, solution designs, and configuration changes.•Analyze logistics and transportation processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and implement industry best practices using Oracle OTM capabilities•Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process reengineering to align with business goals•Support data migration, validation, and ensure data integrity across logistics operations.•Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions•Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams•Communicate system changes, project status, and risks to stakeholders at all levels•Ensure all changes adhere to IT security, data privacy, and compliance standardsSupport audit activities and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and process flows

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
