Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Oracle Cloud HCM, Talent Management/Performance to join their team. The Oracle Cloud HCM will perform advisory and configuration services to address business needs specific to Performance workstreams.They will assist with translating requirements and collaborating with team to identifying potential solutions to meet unique stakeholder requirements. The Oracle Cloud HCM will perform system configurations, creating functional design documents, developing and documenting test scripts and other responsibilities associated with support of existing business processes. Responsibilities: * Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases * Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals * Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing * Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption * Other duties as assigned to support day to day business needs
