Job Duties:
• Serve as the Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert, offering best-practice guidance on HCM business processes and solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed requirements
• Analyze business needs and develop efficient, effective configuration solutions that align with requirements
• Lead the design and development of configurations, ensuring thorough testing of system changes for optimal performance
• Provide valuable input to the Project Manager to ensure the creation of a comprehensive and effective project plan
• Lead the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues and challenges
• Document and track customer product enhancement requests and any identified bugs, ensuring timely follow-up
• Partner closely with the Applications Support team to ensure seamless post-implementation handoff and provide consultation on complex production issues
• Create and maintain comprehensive system and application documentation, including requirements, processes, and procedures
• Review monthly and quarterly release notes, performing regression testing to evaluate the impact of new releases on existing configurations
• Take on the role of technical lead or project manager for key initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery
You Must Have:
• 5 years working in technology field and relevant experience in system design and development
• At least five (5) years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on the Core HR module
• 5 years Deep understanding of the HCM Cloud data model, business process functionality, and data flow within the application

• Experience in implementing or supporting other Oracle HCM modules
• Proficiency in SQL and report building using Oracle BI
