Practice Management:
Provide leadership, strategy and vision for NAAC’s Collaboration Services – Cloud Advisory offering across Commercial and Regulated marketsAssist in driving positive performance in the Cloud Advisory offering across revenue, bookings, profitability, headcount, and utilizationParticipate in weekly reviews for key practice areas such as practice financials, sales pipeline, project health, project resourcing requirements and consultant utilization performanceManage accounts for client satisfaction, revenue growth and reference generationEngagement Management and Advisory:
Deliver multiple profitable projects simultaneously across the Cloud Advisory SaaS Cloud portfolio using PMO standards and limit margin leakage when compared to the approved marginDeliver exceptional advisory services for our customers and partners utilizing Oracle’s Customer Success standards for high quality, client satisfaction, maximizing margin and reference generationEnsure a partner-friendly working environment with open communication, strong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsAssist with the development of NAAC Advisory services standards, methodology, processes and toolsStandardize advisory delivery and engagement process, procedures, communications, reporting, automation across the Cloud Advisory practiceProvide Project Management and/or Solution Architecture oversight for projects utilizing Oracle’s standards for high quality, client satisfaction, and maximizing profitabilitySolution Creation and Management:
Provide functional support, guidance and assist in defining custom or product based solutions for Oracle’s customers within the Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM or HCM product suitesProvide leadership from architecture, development and design to Oracle and client teams as needed within the scope of application technologiesSales Support:
Participate in and lead business development efforts tied to growing Oracle NAAC, including product, consulting and staffingIdentify, develop, and close deals on net new accounts with and without involvement from the Oracle sales teamLand and expand in existing accounts by identifying, and closing additional businessContribute to the development of Oracle Collaboration Services Marketing assets such as customer reference database, playbooks, solutions, roadmaps and other practice level marketing itemsAssist in developing a strong partnership with Oracle Sales, Oracle Partner Channels, Oracle Customer Success, Oracle Support and Oracle DevelopmentThought and Leadership and Innovation:
Contribute to thought leadership and vision for NAAC’s Collaboration Services – Cloud Advisory program development, solution development and architectureContribute through direct support, collaboration, leadership and teaming across all NAAC consulting service lines and sales teams including both selling and delivery effortsDisplay leadership, support and contribution across NAAC corporate efforts including policy, process and other infrastructure needsContinue personal growth and training, including staying current on Oracle Cloud functionality
