The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring C2M solutions, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). This role will also involve enduser engagement and training to ensure successful adoption of the system. Required Skills & Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience working in Oracle Utilities applications, preferably C2M (Customer to Meter), CC&B, or MDM. + Strong understanding of the utilities industry processes (metertocash, billing, customer service, metering). + Hands on experience in configuration and business process design in C2M. + Proven track record of working in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. + Experience supporting and managing UAT cycles. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to train and support end users effectively. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with Oracle Utilities CCB/MDM if not C2M directly. + Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. + Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence).
