Job Title: Oracle Billing & Revenue Management (BRM) Production Support Engineer Job Description:

We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to support production operations for the Oracle Billing & Revenue Management (BRM) platform. This role involves day-to-day production support and participation in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Detailed Design, Development, Unit/Dev Integration testing, and QA support. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the BRM system and associated upstream/downstream applications.

The candidate should be hands-on in production support and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Must-Have Skills: 5-7 years of experience in Production Support/Software Development using C/C++ and/or Java. 6+ years of experience with Oracle BRM (Portal Infranet/Integrate Billing Solution) 7.x. Strong knowledge of BRM PCM C/Java development and customizations. Experience configuring and integrating Oracle Mediation Controller with third-party applications (e.g., Vertex (O Series), payment systems like Chase Paymentech, Invoice extraction systems, and Oracle EBS R12). Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems and Bash/Korn Shell Scripting. Strong experience in Oracle RDBMS and Oracle Weblogic. Knowledge and experience working with data warehouse feeds. Solid communication, organizational, and project management skills. Proven debugging and problem-solving abilities. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in automating jobs. Familiarity with data migration, import, and legacy conversion. Understanding of system integration and performance tuning. Experience Range: 5-7 years of relevant Production Support and Software Development experience, specifically working with Oracle BRM. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a significant software development component.
