This role involves working directly in the Optimizely admin interface to publish, update, and QA content in a production-quality environment. Key Responsibilities: • Create pages and configure content in Optimizely using the CMS editor UI. • Use page templates, blocks, and asset libraries to build structured pages. • Perform layout QA and verify rendering across devices. • Upload media assets and tag content appropriately. • Collaborate with the design and development teams during page builds. Required Skills: • 2+ years of experience working in a CMS as a content editor, with preference for Optimizely. • Comfortable working with layout structures, block content, and CMS widgets. • Understanding of content hierarchies, SEO basics, and accessibility considerations. • Basic image cropping/editing experience is a plus. Soft Skills & Requirements: • Clear communication and attention to detail. • Comfortable working independently and following editorial checklists. • Must attend daily standups with the U.S. visual design and PM teams
