Optimizely Architect (with ODP Experience & Hands-On Coding) Role Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Optimizely Architect with deep experience in configuring and integrating Optimizely DXP and Optimizely Data Platform (ODP). The ideal candidate will balance architectural leadership with practical software development—actively writing code to support implementation tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Define and implement the technical architecture for the website redesign using Optimizely CMS and ODP. • Configure ODP for behavioral tracking, segmentation, and personalization. • Collaborate with the fullstack and frontend developers to ensure architectural integrity and code quality. • Work with DevOps teams to set up environments, pipelines, and deployment automation. • Participate in daily standups with the onshore team and review progress or roadblocks. Required Skills: • 10+ years of experience with Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver), including at least 1 year with Optimizely 12 and ODP. • Proven experience designing solutions for scalable, component-based CMS architectures. • Strong knowledge of .NET Core/C#, headless CMS concepts, and REST APIs. • Willingness to write production-level code and perform code reviews. • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
