Job DescriptionAs part of UDX’s Digital and Technology team, the Optimization Analyst will play an essential role on the team responsible for enhancing and innovating the guest experience at Universal Studios Hollywood through the design and activation of experiments across multiple channels. This individual will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to improve key performance metrics across our digital platforms. The Optimization Analyst will collaborate closely with marketing, product, development teams and vendors to identify areas of opportunity for testing and use data-driven insights to improve user experience, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth.
Design of Experiments
Develop hypotheses and testing plans based on data-driven insights and industry best practicesDesign and execute A/B/Multivariate tests across our digital platforms, including our website, mobile app, email and other outbound channelsPartner with technical, development teams to ensure activation is validated and aligns with test design.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in A/B testing and optimization.Optimization Analytics
