Il Quality Control Operator ha il compito di effettuare il controllo dei prodotti al fine di garantirne la corrispondenza ai requisiti di qualità prefissati; le sue mansioni principali sono: 

 

Eseguire i controlli previsti sul prodotto verniciato; Individuare le anomalie che causano fuori standard; Occuparsi della stesura dei rapporti sui risultati conseguiti nei controlli di qualità, redigere e mantenere aggiornata la reportistica e le procedure sulla qualità; Gestire e archiviare la documentazione relativa alle materie prime che arrivano da fornitore (certificati di analisi, schede tecniche, schede di sicurezza, ecc…); Gestione di attività amministrative tra cui software ePRO utilizzato per la creazione di ordini a fornitori di materiali utili per lo svolgimento delle attività quotidiane (cancelleria, DPI…). 

 

 

La risorsa deve presentare disponibilità a lavorare su 3 turni. 

 

Knowledge and skills: 

 

Diploma di scuola media superiore; Conoscenza dei sistemi e degli strumenti di misura dei parametri qualitativi; Conoscenza di base impianti di processo (preferibile impianto distribuzione vernici); Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare del pacchetto Office; Capacità di lavorare in team, flessibilità; Doti organizzative e di pianificazione.
