Optical Assistant

So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.  

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team. 

Our business
Based in the heart of Chichester, our Specsavers store is located on the bustling East Street, with a second branch inside Sainsbury’s on Westhampnett Road. Both locations have recently been refreshed and offer a modern, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike. With excellent public transport links, including Chichester train station just a short walk away and regular bus services to both sites—getting to work is easy and convenient.

What we’re looking for? 

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:  

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment Experience in optics business Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
