Ops Superintendent - CO2 Job ID #: 30929 Location: TX-CRANE Functional Area: Management Position Type: Full Time Experience Required: More than 10 years Relocation Provided: May be Considered Education Required: High School Diploma RC/Department: 1141 -CO2-OPS N MCELROY UNIT :CO2 Position Description Primary purpose: •This position is responsible for leading and directing the operations activities related to the company interest in the North McElroy Unit (NMU) Field. Essential duties and responsibilities: •Lead, direct and supervise Production and Maintenance Supervisors including EHS technician within the NMU Operations organization. •Assure that wells and facilities are operated safely and in compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and corporate policies. •Direct the profitable operations of the NMU Group. •Prepare and monitor operating budgets •Establish and monitor KPI’s for the NMU team •Provide input into the execution of operations projects •Maintain close working relationship with production surveillance engineers and technicians •Assure the development and training of direct reports •Emergency planning and preparation •Respond to emergency situations in an appropriate manner •Act as on-site incident commander in emergency situations •Provide leadership and direction in all HR matters and set the highest ethical standards •Provide guidance/direction on field development Position Requirements Minimum requirements: Education: •High School Diploma •Some college preferred Experience / specific knowledge: •10 plus years in the oil and gas industry. Certifications, licenses, registrations: •Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
