We offer an exciting opportunity for a Vice President to join J.P. Morgan's Client Onboarding & Service - Advocacy & Controls Execution (ACE) organization. This role provides a platform for career growth and innovation in AI, impacting the Payments and Merchant Services domain.
**Job Summary:**
As a Vice President in the ACE organization, you will oversee and govern risks and controls related to Payments and Merchant Services Onboarding and Service functions, focusing on AI solutions. You will collaborate with internal business partners to research, develop, and implement high-quality AI solutions that make significant business impacts.
Our efforts lie at the intersection of AI reasoning systems and data governance. You will address complex challenges affecting the LOB's data ecosystem and create AI solutions that make real decisions. Join us to be part of a transformative journey in AI.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Design, implement, and oversee models using LLM, Alteryx, and Python.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions addressing business needs.
+ Evaluate and improve control processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Analyze data to evaluate model performance and identify improvements.
+ Automate repetitive processes using BOTS and IS solutions.
+ Mentor junior staff on AI technologies.
+ Act as a subject matter expert in AI.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
+ Four years of experience building AI/Intelligent Solutions.
+ Proficiency in Python, Alteryx, and Tableau.
+ Strong analytical skills and experience in AI use-case development.
+ Expertise in delivering impactful presentations to senior executives.
+ Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
+ Strong people management and team-building skills.
+ Ability to inspire collaboration among diverse teams.
**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ AWS Certifications.
+ Artificial Intelligence Certifications.
**Required or Additional Information:**

+ Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
