Job Purpose:

We're looking to fill an Operator or Assistant position on our EMBA Flexo Folder Gluer. This machine is key to our production of printed, folded, and glued corrugated boxes. Whether you're experienced or looking to build a career in the corrugated industry, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Operate or assist on the EMBA Flexo Folder GluerPerform machine setups and ink changes as neededMonitor print quality, box folds, glue application, and stackingFollow job specifications and complete quality checksKeep work area clean and report any mechanical or quality issuesWork closely with the machine crew to meet shift goalsFollow all applicable Safe Operating Procedures and Safety rules.Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GEDPrior experience in corrugated manufacturing preferredAbility to read tape measures and production specsPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for long periodsWillingness to work assigned shift, overtime, and weekends as neededGood communication skills and a team-oriented attitudeMust follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
