Job Purpose:

We’re hiring for a Machine Operator Assistant on our DRO (Rotary Die Cutter) machine. This role is part of the production crew responsible for safely and efficiently running corrugated packaging jobs. Whether you're experienced or looking to grow into the role, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Operate or assist on the DRO (Rotary Die Cutter)Set up, monitor, and adjust machine settings during runsPerform quality checks and record production dataHandle materials and maintain a clean, safe work areaSupport team members and communicate effectively with supervisorsFollow all applicable Safe Operating Procedures and Safety rules.Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GEDManufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (corrugated is a plus)Able to read a tape measure and perform basic mathMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for 8–12 hoursWilling to work assigned shift, weekends, and overtime as neededTeam player with good communication and safety awarenessMust wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines
