Role Summary
Work with respective Operations Manager to follow work-flow of all deliveries conducted by 3rd party installation/delivery partners.Establish relationships with all 3rd party service providers and develop best practices that adhere to HiTouch scope of work expectations.Create dynamic reporting functionality that allows trackable manufacturer lane-dates, delivery schedules, and receivers through the respective 3rd partiesManage those 3rd parties participating in SISQ software system to ensure compliance with receiving, reconciliation of delivery tickets, documentation of damaged and/or short-shipped products. Coordinating reorders on any items uncovered in punch actions during installations.Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for working with Scheduling Specialists and Project Managers to ensure scheduling transactional and project furniture installations as directed by Senior Operations ManagerResponsible for obtaining all paperwork from 3rd party service providers in order to ensure accuracy, job completion processes, and engage with OMS team to instigate final invoicing to clients.Sourcing new 3rd party service providers for complex installations and transactional route deliveries and setting up new providers via the VSA process.Working with Billing Analysts to reconcile 3rd party invoicing to verify that initial quotes are adhered to at invoicing.Manage the SISQ system with those 3rd parties participating on the system to ensure delivery schedules are accepted, are within client scope of work timelines, and that installation schedules are met.What You Bring to the Table
