Job Description:

We’re looking for people who will help us ensure that packages go on the right journey.

This position performs general office duties respective to the supported group in the operations department such as data management, planning, delivering, auditing, customer support, operations support.

Job Duties

Communication with customers in relation to their package delivery inquiriesChecking with internal / external teams about shipments delivery information and handle quickly customers' requestsFollow up on customer service requests via phone, emails, CRM systemSystem update with requested changesHandling Import RTS (return to shipper) shipmentsInternal reporting with Discrepancies and resolution

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and social skillsExperience in CRMs and Customer service positions will be considered a plusAdvanced working experience in MS office ( Excel , Access will be a plus).Very good knowledge of Greek & ​English Language (oral and written)Initiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.A flexible, friendly approach with a team spirit and can-do attitude
